Grace Church Lincoln is a Christian church and part of the Catalyst Network of Newfrontiers churches in the UK and overseas. It was established with the aim of reaching the city of Lincoln with the good news of God’s grace, serving alongside existing churches, and to reach out to the surrounding towns and villages.
Mercy and Grace
We believe the mercy and grace of God should underpin all that we are about as Christians. This in turn should affect how we express the kindness of God towards each other and into the wider communities of Lincoln City.
We seek to grow in our enjoyment and personal knowledge of God – we are passionate to learn about His ways through the bible and to encounter God as we worship Him.
We love to share real life together – highs, lows, laughter, tears, help and advice for the practicalities of life, socialising together as genuine friends.
We love to make Jesus gloriously famous – for many others to discover how great God is and to encounter Him for themselves.
Our Story So Far
A church-planting team gathered from amongst the Newfrontiers churches across the UK and in January 2008 began to hold public Sunday celebrations in Lincoln. This team was led by Anthony and Gill Henson, who have dedicated nearly 30 years of their lives to founding authentic Christian churches in the UK. In time the community grew and eventually our church was established. By early Summer 2011 Anthony and Gill moved to Wolverhampton to pioneer another new church, called Grace Church Wolverhampton, and entrusting Grace Church Lincoln to the care of the eldership team.
Our elders are Ric Tamisari and Jonathan Pape who are helped in their role by their wives Rebecca Tamisari and Jenne Pape.

Much of the pastoral care is brought through mid-week group leaders and other pastorally gifted couples in the church.
Our charitable aims are overseen and safeguarded by a board of trustees.
